Varanasi: Discussion on PM Narendra Modi’s victory margin
There was good voting in favor of PM Narendra Modi in urban and rural areas. Especially women showed more enthusiasm. No one has any doubt on PM Modi’s victory. Discussion is going on on the margin of victory. However, Congress candidate Ajay Rai has fought the election strongly this time. He has tried his best to give a tough fight with the help of SP’s cadre vote bank. He has got a lot of votes from Muslim voters. In some areas, BSP’s Athar Jamal Lari was seen making inroads into the Muslim vote bank. He has also got BSP’s cadre votes.
Ballia: Close contest between BJP-SP

Along with non-Yadav OBCs, the BJP has also got the support of Dalits and upper castes. It can be said that Afzal Ansari is stuck in a tough fight. The BJP candidate has got the support of Modi-Yogi’s name. Women, youth and the elderly participated in the voting in large numbers.
Robertsganj: AD (S) got the support of Modi’s name
There is a direct contest between Apna Dal (S) and SP. Voters were angry with former MP Pakodi Lal Kol. He has been an MP twice. This time, by cutting Pakodi Lal’s ticket, Apna Dal (S) fielded his daughter-in-law and MLA Rinki Kol. This reduced the anger of the voters to some extent. The voters who were talking about keeping distance from Apna Dal (S) are now ready to support Modi. Rinki can benefit from this. However, SP candidate Chhote Lal Kharwar has also got support from every section.
Mirzapur: Competition between Apna Dal (S)-SP

Chandauli: Triangular fight
Union Minister Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey is in direct competition with SP candidate Virendra Singh. Some voters were angry against the Union Minister, but due to the attraction towards Modi-Yogi, they could not distance themselves from BJP. Along with the upper castes, Dr. Mahendra also got the support of OBCs. Virendra Singh got the cadre vote of SP. He was also seen making inroads into the Kshatriya vote bank. The BSP candidate from this seat also got the support of OBCs. The cadre voter of BSP did not go here and there. This has made the fight triangular.
Ghosi: Close contest between SP-Subhasp
While SP candidate Rajiv Rai was seen relying on the cadre vote bank, BJP-backed Subhaspa candidate Arvind Rajbhar got the support of OBCs as well as upper caste voters. This has made the fight interesting. BSP candidate Balkrishna Chauhan could only get cadre votes. There was also an inclination towards him in the Chauhan community.
Bansgaon: BJP may be overshadowed by the displeasure towards the MP
A tough fight was seen between the candidates of BJP and Indy alliance. Displeasure among the people towards BJP candidate MP Kamlesh Paswan was seen till the time of voting. Due to this, division of votes was seen in the core vote bank of BJP, Brahmin community. Due to this, Sadal Prasad is giving a tough fight to BJP. While upper caste voters remained with BJP in Bansgaon, votes were scattered in Chillupar. In Chauri Chaura and Rudrapur, along with Dalits, Nishad voters also went with the Indy alliance. It is believed that the margin of victory and defeat from this seat will be very less.
Deoria: Alliance seems to be successful in making a dent in BJP’s vote bank
In the Deoria Lok Sabha elections, a direct contest was seen between BJP candidate Shashank Mani and Congress candidate Akhilesh Pratap Singh. The BSP candidate did not have much impact. BJP was seen getting traditional votes as expected. But, Akhilesh was seen making a dent in BJP voters to a great extent. BSP’s Sandesh Yadav did not have much impact. In all the five assembly constituencies, the inclination of Brahmins and Kshatriyas was seen in favor of both BJP and the alliance. Some voters of Kurmi and Sainthwar community were seen influenced by Akhilesh Pratap Singh. At the same time, the alliance seemed to be successful in making a dent in Dalit voters from Deoria Sadar to Tamkuhiraj.
Gorakhpur: The alliance also showed strength in the direct contest
The main contest was seen between BJP candidate Ravi Kishan Shukla and SP candidate Kajal Nishad from the Indy alliance. Ravi Kishan was seen getting a good lead in Gorakhpur Sadar, Gorakhpur Rural and Sahjanwa assembly constituencies. At the same time, Kajal Nishad got good support from Nishad and general categories in Pipraich and Campierganj assembly constituencies. The alliance candidate was seen getting votes of Dalits along with traditional votes. But other backward castes were seen with the BJP.
Kushinagar: Caste equations made the contest exciting
The contest on Kushinagar Lok Sabha seat, entangled in caste equations, is interesting. The main fight was seen between BJP candidate Vijay Kumar Dubey and Indi alliance candidate Ajay Pratap Singh alias Pintu Singh Sainthwar. The BJP candidate seemed to have a strong hold on his traditional vote. At the same time, along with the M-Y equation, voters of Sainthwar community were also seen voting in favor of the Indi alliance candidate. Apart from this, Rashtriya Shoshit Samaj Party candidate Swami Prasad Maurya and BSP candidate Shubhnarayan Chauhan did not have much impact. However, Kushwaha and Chauhan communities have also voted in their favor. The contest between the main rivals has become exciting due to the division of votes of the community.
Maharajganj: BSP made inroads into Dalit votes
A tough fight was seen between BJP candidate Pankaj Chaudhary and alliance’s Congress candidate Virendra Chaudhary. BSP candidate Mausame Alam made inroads into Dalit votes, but the real contest was seen between the alliance and BJP. Sadar assembly constituency is considered to be the strongest stronghold of BJP, but Congress candidate has made inroads in many parts of this area. This ratio was seen to be increased in Farenda. Alliance candidate Virendra Chaudhary is MLA from this area. BJP and alliance have also got votes in Paniara and Nautanwa assembly constituencies. BSP’s influence was not seen here either. On the other hand, BJP is said to be very strong in Siswa.
Salempur: Impact of displeasure with MP was seen, victory or defeat can be by a small margin
A direct contest was seen between BJP’s Ravindra Kushwaha and SP’s Ramashankar Rajbhar. BSP’s votes have been scattered. Traditional voters were seen scattering due to displeasure with MP and BJP candidate Ravindra Kushwaha. Youth were divided on both sides of BJP and alliance. Along with traditional votes like Rajbhar, Yadav, Muslim, the alliance candidate has also got Brahmin and Kshatriya votes. Apart from Kushwaha, Brahmin, Thakur, BJP was also seen getting votes of Lohar, Kumhar, Teli, Kharwar community at many booths. This has led to a close contest between the BJP and the alliance. It is believed that the margin of victory and defeat will be marginal.
