According to the information, Ketan, who worked at the brick-kiln, had gone out for some work. At a little distance, the elderly Ugrasen Yadav of the village just got hit by his bike. Due to this, there was a fracture in his leg. After the accident, the young man reached the brick kiln. After a while, the domineering youths of the village armed with sticks and rods came to the brick-kiln and beat him badly. He fell unconscious due to the beating. During this, the parents of the youth who came to intervene were also beaten up and left from there.

After information, Dial 112 reached the spot and the injured Dalit youth was taken to Bhaluani CHC. From here he was taken to Maharishi Deoraha Baba Medical College Emergency. Seeing the same serious condition, the doctors referred him to Gorakhpur Medical College.

During the treatment, the injured youth died on the night of 16 January. When the body reached the village after the post-mortem on January 17, the atmosphere of the village was immersed in sorrow. Madanpur Police reached the spot and cremated the dead body.

In this case, earlier a case was registered against the accused Gujesar Yadav, Ramhans Yadav, Shailesh Yadav, Shriram Yadav, Rampravesh Yadav and Raju Yadav of Pidri village under 307 and SC/ST Act, but on January 16 The young man died during treatment at night. After this, a case was registered against the accused under section 302 of the IPC. Police is raiding to arrest the accused.
