On October 12, the accused gym trainer took the girl student to a nearby hotel on the pretext of feeding her.

Made a video viral

There, by giving her intoxicants in a cold drink, she committed the crime of rape. Both the brothers raped the girl after hours. And another brother made his video and made it viral on social media. An FIR has been registered on Sunday on the statement of the victim, in which two persons named Bharat and Rajiv have been named as accused, a police official said on Sunday.

Meerut Senior Superintendent of Police Rohit Singh Sajwan said that an FIR has been registered under the provisions of sections of rape, sections of intimidation, sections of SC-ST Act and sections of IT Act. The accused Bharat and Rajiv have been arrested.

Police took action

The SSP said that the accused Bharat runs a gym in Shastrinagar, who is also a gym trainer. He has assured that soon the accused will be punished by conducting speedy trial. At the same time, the police has assured to get the harshest punishment after hearing all the allegations of the girl.
