Among Dalits also there is a caste called Dalit – Musahar. Their economic, social and educational condition is so bad that hardly any person from Musahar society will be found whose life is better. Till date, in the name of government help, apart from a handful of grains, other things have hardly reached the large population of this poverty-stricken society. In spite of the Pradhan Mantri Awasiya Yojana, Chief Minister Nal-Jal Yojana and all such government schemes, till date neither a solid roof has reached their heads, nor a tap at their door.
