There is tremendous anger in the Dalit community over the murder of a youth in Kishanpura, Govindgarh.

Ajmer. In Kishanpura, Govindgarh, on Wednesday evening, miscreants attacked a young man with a sharp weapon and brutally murdered him and after the incident, the accused fled from the spot. Police have taken the body in their custody and kept it in the sawmill of Pushkar Hospital and started searching for the accused.

This heinous murder created an uproar in the family of the deceased youth and sensation spread in the village as well. There is tremendous anger in the Dalit community regarding this murder and a huge crowd of hundreds of people has gathered outside the hospital. Representatives of the Dalit community said that they will not pick up the dead body until the killers are arrested and proper compensation is given to the family of the deceased youth. According to the information received, at around 6.30 pm on Wednesday, the villagers had received information that a 24-year-old youth named Suraj, son of Kaluram Maurya, was lying in a blood-soaked condition near the Sati Mata temple in Kishanpura. After this the villagers reached the spot and brought Suraj to Pushkar Hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. This created anger among the villagers. On the other hand, as soon as the information was received, police station incharge trainee IPS Kamble Sharan Gopinath also reached the hospital along with May Japten and took the body in his custody and kept it in the sawmill. And inspected the spot of the incident. The miscreants attacked the young man with sharp weapons. Due to which there were deep wound marks on his head, face and neck.

SP Deepak Kumar Sharma said that Bharti’s father Kaluram lodged a report against Shivraj and his two other associates. On this basis, a case has been registered and a team has been sent to arrest the accused. Investigation revealed that the youth was murdered by a youth named Shivraj from his own family along with his associates over a land dispute. The police have taken Shivraj’s father and brother into custody for questioning.

Father’s condition worsened by crying

As soon as he got information about Suraj’s murder, his father reached Kaluram Hospital. Where he kept crying loudly.
