Meanwhile, strong station in-charge of Jamo police station Vivek Singh along with his colleagues entered the Dalit woman’s house around 11 am. He began to try to lose the respect of the woman and her daughter. The woman’s daughter, who saw the action of the policemen, started calling the villagers. After that, a large crowd gathered. The policemen then tore off the woman’s clothes. They took away the woman’s mobile phone and fled after threatening her.

The Dalit woman alleged that Vivek Singh, the officer-in-charge of the Dabang police station, along with his soldiers, came to the house of Dipu Singh, a resident of the same village, to attend a rooster and liquor party. Then all these policemen tried to destroy the dignity of Dalit woman in her house. The female victim is also wearing a police cap. According to the victim, while running away, the policemen left the cap at his house. Policemen wore this cap while on duty. The victim woman is showing this cap as evidence.
The aggrieved Dalit woman approached Amethi SP Anup Singh to seek justice. Taking cognizance of the woman’s complaint, SP Singh immediately formed a team headed by the Circle CO and ordered an investigation. It was also assured that action would be taken after receiving the report.
