Stop the real estate scam in Dalit and tribal lands: Bandi Sanjay

Bandi Sanjay demanded to stop real estate raids in Dalit and tribal lands. He wrote a letter to CM KCR regarding this. He said that the welfare of Dalits does not mean naming tall statues and government buildings. It is important to provide livelihood to them. In the demand letter, he demanded that the government should immediately stop the actions that threaten the lives of Dalits and tribals.

“When your government did not protect the lands given to Dalits many years ago, it is evil to promote real estate business while harming their livelihood. Dalits and tribals have lost their hopes as your government has reneged on the promise of giving them three acres of cultivable land. The letter said that they would take care of the waste lands being cultivated by the tribals, but they did not do anything.

“The venture you started in Siddhipet is in Dalit lands. They are trying to do real estate business in tribal lands in Shamshabad. All over the state, the lands given to the Dalits by the tribals are being snatched away from them. Is this the respect you give to the most backward Dalits and tribals in the society? Tribals and Dalits have suffered in every way under your rule. There is no protection for tribals and Dalits in your government. Bandi Sanjay warned that if we do not stop the real estate in the assigned lands, we will take up a large-scale agitation.
