Sexual Exploitation: Case registered against officer accused of sexually exploiting Dalit employee, used to make him do wrong things on the pretext of massage

Haryana Sexual Exploitation Case: A case has been registered against HCS officer in Haryana in sexual exploitation case. Due to this, the department suspended him. In the case, the victim Dalit person had written a letter and lodged a complaint.

Sexual Exploitation Case: A case has been registered against HCS officer Kulbhushan Bansal on charges of sexually exploiting a Dalit person in Haryana. Hisar Police has registered the case. The victim is a Dalit, so SC-ST Act and other sections have also been added to the case. Earlier, the officer was suspended. After the government issued an order in this regard, action was taken against Kulbhushan posted in Hansi, Hisar. During the suspension, the accused officer will serve in the Chief Secretary’s office in Chandigarh. He has been warned that he will not be able to leave the headquarters without the permission of the Chief Secretary.

Complaint was also made by writing a letter to the High Court

Chief Secretary Vivek Joshi has issued a new order and given the responsibility of the post of SDM of Hansi to HCS officer Rajesh Kotha, Estate Officer (EO) of HSVP, Hisar. He has been asked to take charge with immediate effect. Earlier, a Dalit man had accused the HCS officer posted on the post of SDM in Haryana of sexual harassment. The victim had sent a complaint to the SC Commission, CM Window, Punjab and Haryana High Court Judge and demanded action against the accused.

Video sent as evidence

The victim says that he works as a masseur. The accused asked him to massage his private part and threatened him with a pistol when he protested, which forced him to agree to his demand. Along with his complaint letter, the victim has also sent a video to the higher officials. In the video, the officer is seen doing wrong things with him.

Used to threaten murder: Victim

The victim has said in the complaint letter that when he protested, the officer used to threaten him with dismissal from the job and even to kill him. He has become very upset due to this. After receiving the complaint from the victim, the Haryana government showed promptness in the matter and sought a report of the entire case through the intelligence department. After this, action was taken.
