He also said that most of the Dalits are dying due to liquor ban in Bihar. Bihar government CM Nitish Kumar is responsible for these deaths. Due to Nitish Kumar’s liquor ban, people are continuously dying in various districts of Bihar. It is better to stand together like General Dyer and repeat the Jallianwala Bagh incident and then they will get peace.

At the same time, Manjhi rejected the report of caste based census as wrong. He said that 3 percent people were kept at 3 percent and 8 percent people were made 14 percent.
