In Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly, two home guards slapped, kicked and beat a Dalit security guard with their rifle while pinning him down on the ground. According to a video of the incident that surfaced online, they allegedly told the victim, “You take free ration from the government and don’t even vote.” The home guards have been identified as Veer Bahadur and Rampal.
