Mangalore: A Dalit man was fatally assaulted and killed in the Sara Farm farm owned by A.C. Kurian of Shibaje village in Belthangadi taluk of Dakshin Kannada district. Sridhar (30), who was working as a supervisor in a farm garden, was a Dalit who was murdered. Thimmappa Poojary, Laxman Poojary, KK Anand Poojary, Mahesh Poojary are accused of murder.

A case has been registered under 323, 302, 392 along with 34 IPC and section 3(2) (va),3(2)(v) ST/SC Act at Dharmasthala police station.
