The land purchased from Dalits 33 years ago without permission has been confiscated. On 26 February 1990, the manager of Tayal Pipe Industries had purchased the land from Munshilal. Deed of land was done twice without first seeing the permission.

The government has confiscated the land purchased from a Dalit without permission 33 years ago. This land was deeded twice without permission. The bank also gave a loan on it. Due to non-payment of loan, the bank confiscated the property and sold the land in auction. The entire hoax came to light on the complaint of possession. After hearing the Tehsildar’s report, SDM Sadar confiscated the land of Bagdodhi Kachar and vested it in the state government.

On 26 February 1990, Rajesh Kumar, resident of Vishnupuri, manager of Tayal Pipe Industries, bought 0.3560 hectares from Dalit Munshilal.

Had purchased agricultural land. Despite purchasing land from Dalit, DM’s permission was not taken. Without permission, Rajesh Kumar then sold the land to Sushil Aggarwal, resident of Vishnupuri. The deed has also been done. Sushil Aggarwal converted the land from agriculture to non-cultivation.

Sushil Aggarwal took loan from Bank of Baroda. Which he could not repay. Therefore, Bank of Baroda auctioned the land due to non-payment of loan. Which was bought in the auction by Azad Nagar resident director Shashi Gaur of Pelora Infra Wild Private Limited. There was additional encroachment of land at their level. On receiving the complaint, investigation was done and Tehsildar Sadar gave the report on 19 August 2023.

The whole story was exposed in this. Dalit’s land was purchased without DM’s permission. Which cannot be bought or sold.

On the report of Tehsildar, a case was registered in the court of SDM Sadar. After hearing, SDM Sadar rejected all the names registered on the land. The land was confiscated and vested in the state government and was also recorded in Khatauni.

Complaint about encroachment was exposed and additional encroachment was taking place during construction in Bagdodhi Kachar. On which Tehsildar Sadar sent accountant and lawmen. When investigation was conducted on the spot, the entire truth came out in the open. People were occupying the spot. Investigation confirmed that DM’s permission was not taken before purchasing Dalit’s land. Two deeds, land use changed, no action was taken in the whole matter. Deeds were done twice on the land of Bagadodhi alluvium. Once even the land use of the land was changed. The bank also made loan and then sold it in auction. Despite this, no officer looked at the rules for buying and selling Dalit land without permission.

SDM Sadar, Prakhar Kumar Singh said that people belonging to other castes cannot buy and sell the land of Dalits without the permission of the DM. Land has been bought and sold twice in Bagdodhi Kachar. Therefore, on the report of Tehsildar Sadar, the land was confiscated. The land has been vested in the government.
