New Delhi: Union Minister of State Ravneet Singh Bittu has called the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi a ‘terrorist’ in the Lok Sabha. Congress national spokesperson Supriya Shrinet reacted to this statement of Ravneet Singh Bittu. She asked the question whether he is giving such statements at the behest of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister. Supriya Shrinet, while talking to IANS, referring to the statement of Ravneet Singh Bittu, said, “All I have to say to the BJP leader is that the statements he is giving are revealing his reality to the country.
Why such statements against the Leader of Opposition?
The Congress spokesperson said that Punjab made him walk on foot and due to his greed for power, he went and sat in the lap of the opposition, that is why he is giving such statements. Raising questions on the BJP, he said that I believe that such things are being said about Rahul Gandhi by the BJP or their allies. Are these things being said at the behest of PM Modi or Union Home Minister Amit Shah? If this is not the case, can such violent statements be made against the Leader of Opposition in a democracy? If the Prime Minister and the Home Minister have any dignity left, then such people and terrorists should be picked up and put in jail.
The government should give a statement
Supriya Shrinet said on One Nation One Election that government sources have been running the government for the last 10 years. The government is not making any official statement on this issue. When will she give a statement? According to government sources, a lot happens in the media, but the government should give a statement on this. The government should prepare a draft and call an all-party meeting. They should talk to the opposition and clarify their stand. Is the government going to dissolve all the assemblies?”
