The police did not pay any attention to the case of a Dalit being hit with a bike while showing dominance and then threatening him by abusing and abusing in the middle of the village with a gun and pistol in his hands, after which an application was filed in the court. Tadiawan police, after the court hearing, has registered a case against 6 people under the Dalit Act on its orders.
It has been told that Suresh, resident of Tara Purva Majra Barauli village of Tadiawan police station, had said in the application filed in the ADJ (II) SC ST court that on the evening of 2 May 2023, his son Kuldeep was grazing animals near the factory on the edge of the village. . Meanwhile, Abhinav alias Sonali and Shivam alias Bada of the village hit him with their bike. Suresh reached there after Kuldeep started screaming, meanwhile both the accused present there abused him and ran away, threatening him with life and property.
According to Suresh, shortly thereafter, Ram Pratap, Ashok, Sonali, Bada and Jai Shiv Dwivedi reached there by car and bike and created a ruckus in the middle of the village by abusing and threatening to kill. Meanwhile the video made went viral, yet the police did not pay any attention. Satish, tired and exhausted from running, narrated the whole story to the court. On the orders of the court, about 10 months after the attack, a case has been registered under the Dalit Act against 6 people including Abhinav alias Sonali, Shivam alias Bada, Ram Pratap, Ashok, Jayshiv Dwivedi.
The investigation of the case registered under the Dalit Act on behalf of Suresh of Tara Purva Majra Barauli of Tadiawan police station has been handed over to CO Hariyawan.
