To stop the menace of begging money and other wrongful activities exercised by transgender people in running trains or at the station premises at Guwahati and Kamakhya stations

GUWAHATI: To stop the menace of begging money and other wrongful activities exercised by transgender people in running trains or at the station premises at Guwahati and Kamakhya stations, RPF conducted a special drive on December 6 and 7. The RPF apprehended 20 transgender people and booked them under different sections of the Railway Act.
