Former IPS Amitabh Thakur reached Rampur: met the family members of the deceased Dalit student and Azam, demanded CBI investigation in the student case.

Former IPS Amitabh Thakur arrived in Rampur today. Amitabh Thakur and his wife Nutan Thakur reached the village of the deceased Dalit student. Also met the family members of Azam Khan. Amitabh Thakur demanded CBI inquiry into the deceased student case. Regarding Azam Khan, he said that the government is destroying him under the plan.

Amitabh Thakur reached Silaibara village of Milak police station. During this, he talked to the family members of the deceased student. On this occasion he consoled the family members. Amitabh Thakur along with his wife also met the family members of Azam Khan. Amitabh Thakur told Dainik Bhaskar that the SDM acted imprudently in the case of the student’s death. In this case, the SDM had given orders to open fire.

He said that some police officers, on the condition of anonymity, told about the incident that the SDM ordered to open fire. Also, since the administration and the police themselves are parties, the victim cannot get justice, hence he has demanded a CBI investigation in this matter. He met the family members of Azam Khan. Regarding Azam Khan, he said that Azam Khan is innocent of whatever crime he has been convicted of and sent to jail.

Will field candidates in Lok Sabha elections

He is saying this on the basis of conversations with family members. The family members have evidence related to this. It may be natural to file some cases against Azam Khan, but it is completely wrong to file hundreds of cases. Adhikar Sena always opposes wrongdoings. Adhikar Sena is not on a large scale yet, but honest candidates will be fielded in the coming elections. However, it will be launched only in some specific areas. There will be a strong fight against evil.
