Driver did demonic acts with Dalit child, Ravi Kumar Dalit said, if action is not taken then there will be a protest
Una News: A truck driver from Haroli assembly constituency has done demonic acts with a 15-year-old Dalit child. The truck driver has cut and eaten the child’s flesh and has also sexually abused him. As soon as the information of the incident was received, Bhim Army Himachal Pradesh President Ravi Kumar Dalit has taken cognizance of the matter. Today, in this case, the officials of Bhim Army also met the victim child and his family.

In this case, Bhim Army State President Ravi Kumar Dalit warned the government and said that it is a matter of great shame that such an act has taken place in the assembly constituency of the Deputy Chief Minister. He said that the government and the Deputy Chief Minister should take cognizance of this matter and take strict action against the accused. He said, the police should add all the relevant sections including the sections of the SC ST Act in this case. He said that tomorrow our team will meet SP Una and will also give him a memorandum. Ravi Kumar Dalit said that if the police and the government show any negligence in this matter, then Bhim Army will come out on the streets of Una and will protest against the government, administration and police. This incident has created a sensation in the entire area.

According to the information, after the incident, the police has taken the accused driver into custody and started investigating the case. According to the complaint given to the police by the victim’s family, a truck driver living in a nearby village took their 15-year-old child with him on the pretext of taking him for a ride. When the child reached his home on Sunday, the revelations he made shocked the family. The victim child told that the accused truck driver physically assaulted him several times and cut the child badly everywhere on his body.
The child was kept hostage for 20 days
The truck driver kept this child with him for about 20 days and took him out of Himachal. The family has submitted a complaint to the police and demanded strict action against the accused truck driver. District Superintendent of Police Rakesh Singh said that on receiving the complaint, the police has started investigation and the accused truck driver has been taken into custody and is being questioned. The child will also be medically examined and further action will be taken soon.
