Dalit youth beaten to death in Mathura: Police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem, accused of abusing the youth with an axe.

A case of beating of a Dalit youth to death has come to light in Surir police station area of Mathura. Here the Dalit youth first became half naked, took an ax in his hand and then started roaming in the streets of the village abusing. Its video is going viral on social media. After abusing the young man, the people of the Kshatriya community of the village beat him up due to which he died. The police have taken the body into their custody and sent it for postmortem.

Case of Jarara village of Surir

Youth Shivkumar, resident of Jarara village of Surir police station area, died on Thursday while being taken to Delhi for treatment. The accused of murder of Shivkumar were placed on the named people of Kshatriya community of the village. The brother alleges that the named people beat Shivkumar to death.

A video is going viral on social media in which a half naked young man is roaming in the streets of the village, the young man has an ax in his hand. The young man stands outside the community center in the village and then starts abusing. During this time, women and children are also seen standing nearby in the video. This video is being told of Shivkumar, a youth from Dalit community of Jarara village.

Accusations of assault on the named people

Shivkumar’s brother told that his brother was beaten with rods and rods by village resident Saurabh, his father Indrapal and Pawan, Vishnu, Akhilesh, Benami and Sunil. These people hit him on the head until he fell unconscious on the ground. After this the accused left him and ran away. Shivkumar’s brother alleges that his brother was beaten to death by the people of the village.

Referred to Jaipur for treatment

Shivkumar was brought to Mathura by his brother in an unconscious state. Where when his condition became serious, he was referred to Jaipur. Shivkumar was treated for two days at Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur. When his health deteriorated here, his brother started taking him to Delhi. Shivkumar died on the way. After this he came to Mathura with his dead body.

Shivkumar was first taken to Jaipur and then to Delhi, but he died on the way before reaching Delhi.

Police accused of negligence

Shivakumar’s brother alleged that he had informed Surir police about the threat given by the village people. But the police did not take any action in the matter. In this matter, SP Dehat Trigun Vishen said that action is being taken in the matter. Information has been received about the video going viral, all this is a matter of investigation.
