Bindoli was taken out on Saturday evening by Rahul Kumar sitting on a mare in the presence of the police administration in Lamchapur village of Mundawar police station area of the district. Being a Dalit, the bullies had warned him not to remove Bindoli. In such a situation, the ritual was completed in the presence of the police.
Mundwar Tehsildar Madan Singh said that a complaint was received against a Dalit youth in Lamchapur of the area for not sitting on a mare. After this, the administration reached the spot and in the presence of the police administration, the groom Rahul Kumar was made to sit on the mare and Bindoli was taken out with all the rituals. The groom Rahul Kumar, resident of Lamchapur, is going to get married in Kotputli area. During this time a large number of people of Meghwal community were present.
Groom Rahul told that before the marriage, some people in the village had warned him not to remove Bindoli while sitting on a mare. He informed the district administration and subdivision administration about this matter. In such a situation, during the evacuation of Bindoli, Mundawar police station in-charge, Kotkasim police station in-charge and Tatarpur police station in-charge along with heavy police force were also present. Tehsildar Madan Singh handled the matter. Let us tell you that even before this there have been cases of people of Dalit community not being allowed to ride the mare.
