Civil Lines Police has registered a case against Arvind, a private field officer of a security company, for rape and threatening by giving intoxicants. This case has been written on the orders of SSP on the complaint of a Dalit girl resident of Majhola area.
Dalit girl, resident of Lakri Fazalpur outpost area of Majhola police station, said in the complaint letter given to the SSP recently that she had gone to talk to a security company for work. There, across the line, we found Arvind, a resident of Surya Nagar, who is a field officer in the company. According to the victim, the accused hired her by luring her with better money and within a few days trapped her in the trap of love. One day the accused took her to the shopping complex on Kanth Road, promising to introduce her to his uncle.
Took to the upper floor of the building. There the accused made her drink intoxicating substance, due to which the girl became unconscious. Later, the accused raped the girl and ran away leaving her on Kanth Road. According to the victim, somehow she reached home by auto. When the accused was found after a few days, he threatened to kill her if she complained. On December 14, the victim complained about this to the SSP. After which Ramganga Vihar Chowki police called both the parties. According to the victim, the accused made a compromise by promising to divorce his wife and marry her. Later he flatly refused to marry. In this regard, SHO Civil Lines RP Sharma said that a case has been registered against the victim’s accused under serious sections including rape, threatening.
