The documents were put in the hard drive of his computer. Let us tell you that 84-year-old Swami died of cardiac arrest on July 3, 2021. He was admitted to the hospital on temporary bail on medical grounds.
Activist Father Stan Swamy was arrested in a case related to the Bhima Koregaon violence and his bail plea was to be heard in the Bombay High Court on the same day he died. This disclosure about Swamy has been made by Arsenal Consulting, a Massachusetts-based digital forensics firm. This has been said on behalf of the company in The Washington Post.
According to the news, Swamy was arrested in the same way as human rights activists Rona Wilson and Surendra Gadling were arrested on the basis of digital evidence. More than 50 fake copies were made on Swamy’s computer, which stated his close relation with the Maoist insurgency group, which was completely false. All these fake copies were loaded on June 5, 2019 i.e. a week before Swami was arrested.

Let us tell you that in January 2018, he was arrested in connection with the violence that broke out in Bhima Koregaon, he was arrested by the NIA and several serious sections were imposed on him for his alleged Maoist links. Born on 26 April 1937 in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, Swamy did a lot of work for the tribals in Jharkhand. He also worked as a pastor for a few days. He was also accused of making statements against the Jharkhand government. Due to the Pathalgarhi movement, he was accused of treason. On January 1, 2018, violence broke out in a Dalit community program in Pune’s Bhima Koregaon, so Swami Elgar was arrested for making inflammatory speeches.
