UP News: The 100 days of the UP government have been completed on Tuesday. On one hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was counting his achievements, while on the other hand, a bulldozer was going on at the hotel of Zeeshan, accused of killing a Dalit youth in Bareilly. On Tuesday, the police destroyed Zeeshan’s Mashal Hotel by running a bulldozer in the case of murder over a dispute over buying bread. Police has already arrested 4 people including accused Zeeshan.
Action on illegal hotels and shops
Cantt Police reached Sadar Bazar with PAC on Tuesday. After which a bulldozer was fired on the illegally built killer Zeeshan’s Mashal Hotel. Within minutes the hotel was grounded. Cantonment Board CEO Vivek Singh said that a hotel and two shops were built illegally, due to which action has been taken to demolish them.
Why was there controversy
Actually, June 27 was the birthday of the retired soldier’s 30-year-old son Sunny. On his birthday, he had ordered 150 tandoori rotis at Mashal Hotel and got his payment deposited in advance. After which the hotel owner Zeeshan refused to give the rest of the rotis after giving only 40 rotis. On which there was a dispute between Sunny and Zeeshan.
4 arrested and 3 absconding
Zeeshan, along with half a dozen of his companions, beat up Sunny to death. Tension had increased in the area due to the matter being of two communities. Traders protested by closing the market. After which the police booked 4 named and 3 unknown in this case against IPC sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 302, 3 (1) (d) (d) 3 (2) (v) SC / ST Act. A case was registered under
All the four accused named in this were arrested within 24 hours. The police had arrested hotel owners Zeesan, Mujeev, Wahid and Nazim in this case. While still 3 accused are absconding.
