A case of a 14-year-old Dalit girl being raped, murdered and her body hanged on a peg has come to light in a village in Barla police station area of Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. Regarding the incident that happened with his niece, the maternal uncle of the deceased girl told that the father of his deceased niece had died long ago. Whereas her mother had gone to attend the wedding ceremony of her brother-in-law’s daughter, leaving her 14-year-old daughter alone at home on Wednesday. During this time, seeing his innocent niece alone at home, a brute forcefully entered his house, raped her and murdered her by hanging her body.

It is alleged that even before the maternal relatives reached the spot with the information about the daughter’s death, the police sent the dead daughter’s body to the mortuary for postmortem without informing the family members. When the maternal relatives reached the spot, they raped and murdered the daughter. Accused of hanging the dead body. Whereas the maternal grandfather of the deceased said regarding his daughter’s death that he does not want to implicate any innocent person. In such a situation, he has demanded strict legal action against the accused as well as a CBI investigation.

The mother of the deceased, who reached the spot after receiving information about her daughter’s death, says that some unknown person did something wrong with her daughter, killed her and hanged her body. During the incident that happened with her daughter, she had gone to the wedding of her brother-in-law’s son, leaving her daughter alone at home. Then the people of the locality informed that her daughter’s body was hanging.

Regarding the incident, Area Officer Barla Sarjana Singh said that the case of suicide by a 14-year-old girl in a village of Barla police station area had come to the notice of the police.
