Bansuri Swaraj’s name among ED’s lawyers, when you raised the question, the agency reached the court

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Somnath Bharti attacked BJP after Bansuri Swaraj’s name appeared in the list of Enforcement Directorate (ED) lawyers. Citing this list, Bharti said that ED works at the behest of BJP, this is the proof of this.

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party has raised serious questions over the representation of BJP spokesperson and New Delhi candidate Bansuri Swaraj to ED in the case of MP Sanjay Singh. AAP candidate Somnath Bharti, who is going to challenge Bansuri in the Lok Sabha elections, said that ED and BJP are the same. There is no difference between them. Bansuri Swaraj’s name is included among the ED lawyers. Bansuri Swaraj represented ED in the court against MP Sanjay Singh. In Sanjay Singh’s case, apart from April 2, Bansuri Swaraj’s name is also there in the court orders issued on February 5, March 12 and September 11.

When AAP attacked Bansuri Swaraj after her name became public, ED cleared her. The agency said that Bansuri’s name was erroneously included in the list of his lawyers. Now ED has gone to court to get Bansura’s name removed. On the other hand, AAP leader Somnath Bharti said that through ED-CBI and IT, BJP has recovered Rs 2471 crore in the name of electoral bonds. After 2014, corruption cases were filed against 25 leaders. Out of these, 23 leaders joined BJP and ED closed all their cases. Somnath Bharti said that Aam Aadmi Party has said from the beginning that ED, CBI and Election Commission have become political units of BJP. ED is BJP and BJP is ED.

Bharti said that when this matter was brought to light through social media, the ED went to the court to delete Bansuri Swaraj’s name from the attendance list. His name is also included in this list in previous orders. BJP spokesperson and its Lok Sabha candidate Bansuri Swaraj is representing the ED everywhere in the court orders in Sanjay Singh’s case on 5 February 2024, 12 March 2024 and 11 December 2023. This could be a bigger proof that ED is working as a political unit of BJP. She is extorting money for BJP and is not allowing this election to be fair for BJP only.
