In the copy of the FIR available with OpIndia, the victim had stated that she was married. Anees, who met him posing as Akash, brought the victim to Bulandshahr. Here he took a room on rent near Hanuman temple in Gulavathi town. After this, Anees sexually abused the victim several times. When she protested, he used to promise marriage.
After a few days, Anees’s true identity was revealed to the victim. The victim came to know that the person she thought was Akash was actually not a Hindu. He is a Muslim and his name is not Akash but Anees. Ultimately, in the name of marriage, Anees forcibly converted the victim to Islam. After conversion, the victim was named Ayesha.
The victim had stated in her complaint that Anees left her after a few days. When the victim called him and asked the reason for leaving, Anees used casteist words at her. It is alleged that Anees then said, “You are a f**ker. Can’t marry you.” Saying this, Anees disconnected the phone. Before absconding, Anees had also grabbed Rs 2.5 lakh in cash and some jewelery from the victim.
