After visiting Ram Lalla, CM Yogi directly reached Dalit Basti, distributed fruits and sweets among children
CM Yogi Adityanath distributed sweets in Dalit Basti in Ayodhya on the occasion of Deepotsav and congratulated the people of the state on Lord Shri Ram’s enthronement in the grand palace. He said that Deepotsav teaches us to stay united and the grand festival has been organized to connect the whole world with Ayodhya.

VN Das, Ayodhya: CM Yogi Adityanath reached Dalit Basti directly after visiting Ramlala on the next day of Deepotsav. There he distributed sweets among the people of Dalit community. After that he met the saints in Karsevakpuram. After that he left for Gorakhpur from the helipad on the banks of Saryu.
The Chief Minister went to the Dalit colony and distributed Diwali sweets and fruits among women and children and congratulated them on Diwali. He said that Lord Shri Ram is seated in his Dham. He is giving his blessings to all of us by sitting in the grand palace on 22 January.
The CM said that after a long period, Deepotsav is a special festival. This is because this is the first Deepotsav after Lord Ram is seated in the new temple. A grand festival of Deepotsav is being organized here to connect the whole world with Lord Ram and Ayodhya.
CM Yogi said, this festival teaches us to live united like a Deep Mala. It awakens the feeling of lighting a lamp by joining us in one thread against ignorance and anarchy.
He said that it is a prayer to Lord Shri Ram that this occasion becomes a festival of light for the people of the state, all the followers of Sanatan Dharma, which is a factor of celebration, enthusiasm and happiness and prosperity. Yogi said that it is my good fortune that I got a chance to participate in the Deepotsav program in Ayodhya. Every person is eager to connect the saint community with his family.
Visited Bajrang Bali in Hanuman Garhi
On the next day of the grand Deepotsav, on Thursday morning, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath first reached Hanumangarhi and paid his respects to Bajrangbali. After performing the ritualistic darshan and puja here, the Chief Minister reached Shri Ramjanmabhoomi, where he also visited Lord Ramlala and prayed for the happiness and health of the people. After this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Meerapur Bulandi Dalit Basti in Abhiram Das Ward of Ayodhya. Here he distributed sweets and clothes as gifts to Dalit women on Diwali and also gave chocolates to small children. Children were also seen chirping after getting chocolates from the hands of the CM.
