“I was possessed by the devil…” said Israr on raping a 12-year-old Dalit girl!

A case has been registered against Israr alias Guddu (50) under SC/ST Act for raping a Dalit girl from the neighbourhood. Also, a case has been registered under POCSO Act for assaulting a minor.

An incident of rape of a 12-year-old innocent minor girl by a person named Israr alias Guddu while she was coming home with her belongings came to light. After this incident, the innocent minor victim somehow reached home. The father was shocked to see his daughter in this condition. The victim, crying, told her father about all the incidents that happened to her. The father was stunned and very scared after hearing his daughter’s story.

This incident is from Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, on Sunday (14 July), Israr (50) raped an innocent 12-year-old minor. When the girl’s father came to know about this, Israr threatened to kill the father of the innocent victim. The Dalit family affected by this incident was in the shadow of fear. After the arrival of Hindu organizations, the family was given confidence and a complaint was lodged with the police for their help.

As soon as the news reached the Hindu organizations, the cruel Israr fled. With the help of their informers, the police found him and arrested him in just 4 hours. During interrogation, Israr started saying many things, he said, “The devil was possessing me.” Critics say that these perverted people resort to such fabricated and hypocritical things to hide their bad deeds.

The police have said that a case has been registered against Israr alias Guddu (50) under the SC/ST Act for raping a Dalit girl from the neighborhood. Also, a case has been registered under the POCSO Act for assaulting a minor. Talking about the girl, the police said that her condition is stable now, she is out of danger.
