Patna BJP national minister Rituraj Sinha demanded the district administration to arrest the class accused immediately and give him the strictest punishment for the painful incident that happened to a Dalit girl in Phulwar, Patna, saying that such cases do not happen in society. It is not justified at all, so the government should take this matter into consideration as soon as possible.
