The surprising thing was that Tejashwi Yadav, who was sitting next to him in the assembly, did not try to stop him. In such a situation, the politics of Bihar has once again heated up regarding the behavior of Nitish Kumar. All the parties are busy in wooing the Dalit voters in the state. At the same time, Jitan Ram Manjhi also comes from Dalit community. BJP is also cornering Nitish Kumar on the issue of Dalits. BJP is calling the misbehavior with Manjhi an insult to Dalits.

Chief Minister Nitish was so angry with HAM chief Manjhi that he did not even consider his age. Manjhi is 7 years older than Nitish Kumar. At the same time, Manjhi had entered politics before him. Nitish Kumar became MLA for the first time in 1985, while Manjhi had already become MLA in 1980.
Recently, in the caste survey conducted by Bihar government, the population of Dalit community is more than 2.5 crores, which is more than 19 percent of the total population. After this report, Nitish government decided to increase the reservation of Schedule Caste from 16 percent to 20 percent and introduced a bill in the Assembly regarding this, which was passed unanimously.
CM’s image may be affected
In the name of increasing the limit of reservation, Nitish Kumar may have played a trick to woo the Dalit community, but if his attitude remains like this then his image among the voters of the Dalit community may be affected.
Meanwhile, Hindustan Awam Morcha President Manjhi said, “I am a Dalit. That’s why Nitish Kumar made him the Chief Minister, but when I started doing better work, he removed me from the post.” When Nitish Kumar left the post of CM after the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, he made Jitan Ram Manjhi the CM.
Nitish Kumar gave controversial statement on population control
Earlier, Nitish Kumar had also given a controversial statement regarding population control. Her statement was strongly criticized by the Women’s Commission and BJP. However, he had apologized for his statement.
