UP: Hair of Dalits will not be cut… Why did the salon owner say so – know the whole matter

Big news is coming out from Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. Here the barber refused to cut the hair of Dalit Balmikis. Actually the people of Yadav community had put pressure on the barber. After which, when this matter reached the police station, the Kotwal told the barber that he would cut the hair of Dalits along with everyone else. After which the barber has decided not to open his shop for the time being. This issue is going on since last 4 days. Now this matter has become a topic of discussion in the surrounding areas. The situation is that since the closure of the barber shop, the villagers have to roam around with long beard and hair.
This case pertains to village Mahmudpur in Ginnor Kotwali area of Sambhal. Here the barber refused to cut the hair of the scheduled caste people. After which the police intervened in the matter and said that if a barber shops in the village, he will cut the hair of all classes, otherwise action will be taken.
If he runs a shop, he will cut the hair of all classes – police

After which the scheduled caste person went back home and told this to his family members and the people of the society, anger spread among them towards the barber Dharamveer. When the matter reached the police, the in-charge of the police station put this matter in front of the barber. If he runs a shop, he will cut the hair of all sections, otherwise action will be taken against him. An agreement was reached between both the parties in front of the police regarding this matter.
There are more people of other classes in the village
And the salon shopkeeper said that there are more people of other classes in the village. If he cuts the hair of the people of the Dalit community, then the people of the majority class in the village do not get him to cut their hair. Due to which his bread and bread is affected. If he cuts the hair of the people of Dalit society, then how will he earn his livelihood, how will he nurture his children. That’s why he has refused to cut the hair of the people of Dalit society.
Here the matter reached the Kotwali, the shopkeeper told that the Kotwali told him that if a shop is to be run in the village, the hair of all classes will have to be cut, otherwise the shop will not run. After which he has closed the shop for 4 days. He says that neither the shop will open nor he will cut anyone’s hair. On the other hand, after this decision of the barber, the people of Dalit society are upset and their face has grown very long hair. Those who are young, they do shaving by hand, but the elderly people are not able to cut and shave their hair.
