Dalit groom gets police protection for riding horse in Bulandshahr

In Bulandshahr, a dalit groom while breaking an Age-Old Practice of the village rides a horse on his wedding day in the presence of the police.

Previously, another dalit groom came under attack for daring to ride a horse playing loud music. Therefore the police assured protection to the groom and his family. As a precautionary measure, a police force has been deployed for the horse ride of a Dalit youth.
